Community Connection Grants
Online Community Connections Grant application form
Community Connection grants encourage residents to engage in local activities that foster social connections, inclusion and well-being. Strathcona County residents can apply for up to $450 to supplement a range of neighbourhood and community-focused gatherings and events.
Try something new in your neighbourhood:
- Host a block party with prizes, entertainment and food.Â
- Plan an outdoor movie night or street concert. Â
- Explore your neighbourhood with a scavenger hunt.Â
- Celebrate winter with sleigh rides and hot chocolate. Â Â

Community Change Grants
Community Change Grant application form (1.2Â MB)
Aligning with the Social Framework, grants of up to $2,000 are available to support a project that promotes positive social change and community safety and well-being in Strathcona County. Â

Strathcona County residents continue to make this a community that is supported, safe and connected. Community Connection and Community Change grants are administers as part of the Social Framework Community Grants Policy.Â
