2022 Public Satisfaction Survey – telephone survey

As part of Strathcona County’s 2022 Public Satisfaction Survey, Advanis - TellCityHall has been contracted to conduct a telephone survey, from January to February 2023.

The survey is also open to all residents through the Strathcona County Online Opinion Panel (SCOOP) and online at the link below for non-SCOOP members until February 20, 2023.

The 2022 survey is open until February 20, 2023.

In 2021, 88 per cent of residents rated Strathcona County as a good or very good place to live.

This survey gathers a measure of residents’ perceptions of their quality of life, satisfaction with specific County services, and the value they receive for their tax dollars. 

The 2022 results will be posted to this site when the report is complete.
